Position Overview:

We are expanding our team and looking for 5 Customer Service Specialists to join us. In this role, you will respond to approximately 70-100 customer inquiries per day via Zendesk and Gorgias, ensuring prompt and professional support. You will assist with order management using Shopify and other platforms, helping resolve customer concerns and maintaining our commitment to excellent service.


Key Responsibilities:


- Respond to customer inquiries via email through Zendesk or Gorgias with accuracy and professionalism.

- Address order-related issues, including tracking, returns, and replacements, adhering to company policies.

- Provide empathetic, knowledgeable support for product-related questions, guiding customers toward solutions.

- Manage and update customer orders in Shopify with precision and timeliness.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated cases and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience

Qualifications:


- Previous experience in customer service.

- Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail.

- Ability to manage customer inquiries with efficiency and a problem-solving mindset.

- Empathy, patience, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer care.

- EMN-2 Certificate or other certifications that validate your Customer Service skills.

- Reliable internet connection and a suitable space for remote work.
